Flowing with the moon

In this yoga class for women, we introduce you to the practice of feminine yoga: a practice based on the female anatomy + physiology. It’s also a practice that honors and harnesses the menstrual cycle and the cycle of the moon, encourages you to listen to what you need and want, instead of forcing you into a rigid flow, and leaves you feeling empowered.

We’ll connect our movement with our breath. We move slowly, with intention, and build up towards a flowing yoga practice that helps support your nervous system, menstrual cycle, and connection with yourself. We include Yoga Nidra in the course, too.

This class is a taster of a course that will run from January. When you join this taster class and choose to book the course you will get a 10% discount on the course.


Claudia is passionate about holding space for mothers, women who’d like to explore flowing with their menstrual cycle and women on a fertility journey. She’s obsessed with Yoga Nidra, and her classes are always a beautiful blend of movement and stillness, softening and strengthening.

After her first traditional Hatha teacher training, she changed her journey to study, practice and share the more therapeutic and feminine side of yoga. She loves combining nerding out on anatomy with the spiritual and mystical. Her personal practice follows the moon and her cycles, making every session on her mat different from the previous one. Claudia loves exploring the world with her husband and 3-year old son, spontaneous veggie feasts with friends, and reading whilst sipping hot chocolate with a pinch of cayenne pepper.

Claudia is the co-founder of Sanga Yoga.
