Many women begin yoga on their journey to motherhood. There is so much support that can come from practicing yoga in all areas of life and even more so during the pre and post-natal period.
This pregnancy class will provide a safe space to move, breathe, rest, and let go. Yoga forms help us to improve our strength, both physically and mentally, increase our circulation, find our breath, bond with our growing babies and carve out precious time to rest and nurture ourselves.
Class is designed to meet you where you are in your body on any given day, with different options always available. Everyone is welcome and you don’t need any previous yoga experience to join us. We look forward to meeting you!
This class is a taster of a course that will run from January. When you join this taster class and choose to book the course you will get a 10% discount on the course.
Laura began practicing yoga while in University but (feeling like a real cliché) fell in love with yoga while travelling in India. Living on an ashram for 5 weeks and experiencing a deep feeling of coming home was what set Laura on a new path in to studying yoga more deeply. Since then Laura has been sharing yoga and continues to learn the deep and varied teachings of yoga. Laura is an E-RYT 500 through Yoga Alliance and a Yoga Therapist. She is a mum to two little girls, and lives in Oslo with her partner.
